STOP Act grantees should use this section to get approval for all four of the required outcome measures.
Note that you are only required to submit a data request for measures you are using to meet the outcome measure requirements (See SPARS Question By Question (QxQ) guide for details on the requirement). You do not need to submit a data request for any of the other/additional measures you plan to submit.
