Export File

In the Export Options below, first select the instrument type for which you are exporting data (e.g. Adult Questionnaire, Youth Questionnaire, Individual Dosage, Group Dosage). Then select the file format you wish to use. The file can be exported in a comma delimited format known as CSV, or as Office Open XML, which provides improved formatting in tools such as Microsoft Excel. Finally click ‘Download’ to download your file and save it on your computer.
